TAMAKO
Compartir el amor
TAMAKO (Aoi Shiina), a former Musumeyaku (female role) star of the Takarazuka Revue, actress, singer, and dancer, fell in love with Cuban music and culture. Driven by this passion, she spent about four years studying music, dance, and language in Havana and Santiago de Cuba.
Her group brings together musicians who wholeheartedly love Cuban music, alongside passionate amateur dancers who share a deep affection for Cuban dance. Together, they have gathered as kindred spirits united by their love for Cuban art.
They embody the essential Cuban spirit of "Compartir"—to share. Differences in country, race, religion, skin color, language, or musical genre are simply beautiful unique traits. Let’s all share the love together.
